We will intensely scrutinize the accusations: Did JUUL allegedly conceal the true natüre of its product, hiding the süper-high nicotine content and the terrifying addiction risks? Did they consciously employ deceptive and youth-appealing marketing strategies designed to hook a new generation? And did the company simply fail its fundamental duty to provide adequate warnings?
